Zarmanazan 2020 edition
Zarmanazan is a creative and interactive Western Armenian language immersion program, where children, youth, teachers and facilitators of the Diaspora join together in a common aim: to revitalize the Armenian language by nourishing a creative and playful world, aimed at encouraging the practice of Western Armenian.
In 2019, I was asked to design a multilingual poster for the 2020 edition of the Zarmanazan immersion program, the poster had to be in English, French and Armenian.
Given the fact that there is no diversity in Armenian fonts, we usually end up designing our own letters.

from latin script to armenian script
For the title of the poster, I based myself on a Latin font in order to create an Armenian display font. As for the body text, the Open Source Noto sans is in use, a google font that supports Latin, Cyrillic and Greek scripts.
In order to highlight the dates of the program, which are part of the main information of this poster, I use the spaghetti font created with Morgane Le ferec.
